About Bay Locator
Bay Locator is owned by me, Richard Ferrick. I'm employed full-time as the Network Administrator / Web Developer for the City of Panama City, Florida. In my spare time I serve as a I.T. / security consultant. I also develop and host web sites for businesses in the area.

I DO NOT make my living designing and hosting web sites. This allows me to be selective on the clients I choose to work with. I don't have a staff of employees nor do I have a store front that you would pay for in return for a professional looking web site.

My goal is to design appealing web sites for select clients and optimize those sites for better search results with the major search engines. This doesn't require an army of employees.

Simply put, I can get your site up and running for a "fair" price to both you and I.
